Store Guard sample audit — Demo Perfume Boutique

IGNITE FOUNDATION · Graduate artifact · 1 Aug 2026 · Amman time

Graded · Pass | Rubric 23/25
Demo only — fictional boutique target and fictional graduate name. Not a live merchant audit. Store Guard checklist scores are on demo data.

01 · Brief

Brief

Run a Store Guard readiness pass on a fictional boutique surface, write the findings in operational English, and publish a public artifact with rubric scores and a verify path. Private practice alone does not complete the program.

02 · Method

Method

  1. Opened the demo boutique target and confirmed it is labeled fictional (not a live merchant).
  2. Ran the Store Guard checklist across AI crawl access, product schema, llms.txt, org identity, meta/social, Arabic quality, trust pages, performance, navigation, and agent-ready commerce signals.
  3. Captured category scores into a public JSON summary and a printable HTML receipt.
  4. Wrote a zero-loss handoff: what failed, why it blocks AI agents, and the first repair moves — without inventing traffic or revenue figures.
  5. Linked /verify for certificate check and posted the artifact under /academy/capstone/demo.
