Consent and abuse controls
Intake
An application cannot be submitted without explicit PDPL consent to process the data. Automated bot and abuse checks run on every submission, and anything accepted without a completed automated check is flagged for a person rather than counted as clean.

Structured scoring on the record
Screening
Each application is scored against the criteria for the role it targets. The score and the reviewer notes are written to the applicant record rather than living in someone’s inbox, so a later decision can be traced to what was known at the time.

Issued on a verifiable rail
Agreement
Agreements we issue carry a serial and a control PIN, and their exact text is fingerprinted into an append-only, hash-chained ledger. Anyone holding the document can re-check it with the form above — no account, and no need to take our word for it.
What this does not establish
We do not run these today, and we do not describe a worker as identity-verified or background-checked on the strength of the steps above. When any of them ships, it will appear on this page with the date it went live.
