What counts as a dispatch?
A dispatch is a single work order sent to a contractor or technician. Creating, editing, or updating a work order counts as one dispatch. Viewing and reporting are unlimited on all plans.
Are there setup fees or per-user charges?
No. STEADYWRK has zero setup fees, zero onboarding fees, and no per-seat pricing. Teams of any size pay the same flat monthly rate on Pro, or nothing upfront on Free.
How does pay-as-you-go work?
If you exceed your Free plan limit or prefer not to commit monthly, dispatches are billed at $3 each for the first 100 per month and $4 each for dispatches 101-500. Higher sustained volume gets custom enterprise pricing.
