STEADYWRK began inside the work itself — running demanding global client operations out of Aqaba, on the hours when the rest of the world was asleep. We automated what we ran. Every AI system we ship was stress-tested in production before it was ever offered.
We learned three things.
One — real AI is the one that replaces actual work, not the one that makes a prettier dashboard.
Two — global industries are still running on humans copy-pasting between eight tabs. Billion-dollar organizations. Eight tabs.
Three — Aqaba is the right base. One regulator instead of five, a Red Sea timezone that bridges East and West, and a generation of engineers ready to work.
STEADYWRK is what that became. AI agents run the machine. Human judgment sets the bounds they run inside. The platform spans AI Solutions, an AI Lab, Research, an Academy, and managed operations for global clients — all from one city.
No raise. No investors. Receipts instead of announcements.
The Problem
Global operations are still running on coordination failures. A client request lands. A human opens eight browser tabs, copies reference numbers into spreadsheets, waits for replies. Hours pass before anything moves.
Meanwhile, Jordan graduates ICT students every year into a labour market where unemployment among the young is high — the figures come from the Department of Statistics, not from us. The talent exists. The AI infrastructure to deploy it globally didn’t. We built it.
Our Approach
We built a sovereign AI platform. Multiple ventures. One operating system. AI handles intake, routing, quoting, compliance, and threat detection — end to end, no spreadsheet. Business-process work for global clients runs as one service line inside that platform.
Ghazal and the rest of the Studio board sit on one engine. Humans own the judgment, strategy, and trust layer. The machine owns the coordination.

Aqaba is Jordan’s only coastal city — a Special Economic Zone on the Red Sea where the Middle East, Africa, and Asia converge. It’s not where you’d expect a sovereign AI company to be born. That’s the point.
Dense infrastructure, year-round demand, one regulator. This is where we built and pressure-tested the platform before deploying it globally. When your AI system works from the Red Sea corridor, it works anywhere.
