Coordinate facility management operations including vendor scheduling, work order management, preventive maintenance programs, and building compliance across commercial portfolios.
Requirements
- Experience with CMMS or work order management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- FMP or CFM certification preferred
- Knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance workflows
