About the Role
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial building systems. Handle HVAC filters, lighting, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, drywall, and painting.
Requirements
- Multi-trade maintenance experience
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training
- Ability to read building plans and equipment manuals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
