Technician Recruiter — US Market

About the Role

Source, vet, and onboard field service technicians and handymen across the US. No license required for candidates — we provide AI-guided support and dispatcher backing. You’ll build our contractor network from Amman, finding skilled tradespeople who want steady work with same-day pay. Every technician you recruit adds permanent revenue capacity to our network. Your first 10 quality recruits will pay for your entire year. We track recruiter ROI weekly.

Requirements

• Recruiting or talent sourcing experience (any industry)
• Fluent English — you’ll cold-call and message US-based tradespeople
• Sales mindset — every call is a pitch for why they should join our network
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Persistence and high call volume tolerance
