A reviewer should be able to understand your application without guessing how a local qualification or project relates to the role. Use the language requested in the advertisement and explain unfamiliar terms briefly.

Describe the work you actually did

Name the task, your contribution and the result you can support. If an example came from coursework or a personal project, identify it that way. Keep client information and other people's private details out of the application.

Make logistics explicit

State your location and availability in the format requested. If the role has a fixed schedule, compare it with your commitments before applying. Save questions about unclear terms for the contact route provided by the employer.

Share evidence that opens

Check document permissions and portfolio links from a signed-out browser. Give each attachment a useful name and include brief instructions for any demonstration. A concise, inspectable example is more useful than a broad claim about national talent or language ability.
