STEADYWRK Is in Beta — and the Region Showed Up

On August 31, our platform analytics recorded 3,544 pageviews on the STEADYWRK careers page. Our daily baseline for that page runs roughly 85 to 200. The same day, 426 people clicked through to apply over WhatsApp.

We did not run a campaign. We did not buy an audience. People in Jordan and across the region found the page, read it, and decided the work was worth a message. That is the most honest signal a company can receive, and it deserves an honest response.

So here it is: what STEADYWRK is right now, what beta means for you if you applied, and what happens next.

What STEADYWRK is

STEADYWRK is a foundry and studio in Aqaba, Jordan. We build AI-operated dispatch and field-service infrastructure, and we train the people who run it. The product ships from the Red Sea; the operators who run it are hired here.

Four roles are open today:

What beta means for applicants

Beta is not a euphemism. It means the platform is live, working, and still being finished in public. For you as an applicant, three things follow.

Applications are open. Nothing is paused. If you have not applied yet, the door is open — and if you have, your application is in the queue described below.

Every submission is reviewed. Not filtered by a keyword scanner and discarded. A reviewer reads what you sent. That commitment is exactly why the next point is true.

Responses may take longer than usual. A day that brings roughly seventeen times the normal traffic brings a matching wave of applications. We would rather answer you late and properly than fast and generically. If you applied and have not heard back, the silence is a queue, not a verdict.
