Requirements
- Technical aptitude — you don’t need to code, but you understand APIs, dashboards, and automation
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms like n8n or Zapier)
- Analytical mindset — you measure everything and optimize based on data
- Fluent English
- Bonus: experience with facility management, logistics, or BPO operations
