About the Role
Manage high-volume service workflows for international managed-services clients using AI-powered coordination tools. Monitor delivery, handle escalations, and ensure SLA compliance. You will work with Discord bots, real-time dashboards, and automated scheduling — AI-augmented operations from Aqaba, serving global demand. Throughput is the metric.
Requirements
- Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or customer operations
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows under pressure
- Fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new software and AI tools quickly
