STEADYWRK is hiring our first 20 Operators in Aqaba. The work is outbound calls to American service contractors — presenting jobs, negotiating terms, following each order through to payment. With AI tools we built in-house. 500 JOD/month + performance bonuses. Industry certifications from our global partners. 4 PM – 1 AM, five days a week. Open to 18+. Remote during training. Aqaba relocation later with accommodation and equipment provided.

Own the entire Jordan operation. Acquire direct facility management clients, manage dispatch workflows, coordinate contractor networks across the US, and build the team beneath you. You’ll have full access to AI-powered dispatch tools, real-time dashboards, and autonomous systems. This is a founder-adjacent role — you run the business while the founder builds the product. Your 90-day target: sign 3 direct facility management clients. Each new client is a significant monthly revenue milestone. By month 3, you should be generating multiples of your compensation in new business.
What we look for
Proven ability to close B2B deals or manage commercial accounts
Operations management experience — logistics, dispatch, or facility management
Fluent English and Arabic — you’ll speak with US property managers daily
Comfort with AI tools and automation — training provided, but you must be tech-forward
Leadership experience — you’ll hire and manage dispatchers, recruiters, and coordinators
High agency — you solve problems, you don’t escalate them
Manage 50+ work orders per day across US commercial properties using AI-powered dispatch tools. Coordinate contractors, monitor job completion, handle urgency escalations, and ensure SLA compliance. You’ll work with Discord bots, real-time dashboards, and automated scheduling — this isn’t traditional dispatch, it’s AI-augmented operations. You own throughput. Every work order you process is direct revenue. At full capacity, a great dispatcher generates revenue that far exceeds their cost. We measure this daily.
