A Maestro leads a team of STEADYWRK Operators in Aqaba. You are accountable for what your team delivers: you sit with operators on live calls, review their recordings, coach the specific habit that is costing them the outcome, and raise the floor of the whole group. You hold the standard — you decide when an operator is ready, and you say so when they are not. This is a people-leadership role, not a senior-operator title: your own call volume matters less than how much better your team gets each month. 500–850 JOD/month. 4 PM – 1 AM Jordan time, five days a week. Remote during training, Aqaba-based thereafter.
Full-time position based in Aqaba (remote during training). This is a 6–8 minute application.

STEADYWRK may use AI models, agent workers, fraud heuristics, source verification, behavior telemetry, and human reviewers to evaluate submissions. Those systems can help with routing, duplicate checks, portfolio triage, language-consistency review, abuse detection, and reviewer summaries. We keep human review in the loop for any final adverse decision or appeal.
Automated assistance may review and summarize applications, but final decisions and appeals stay with human reviewers.
Fraud, impersonation, hidden operators, undisclosed automation, or abusive behavior can trigger rejection, a hold, or a ban review.
Appeal with identity, role, decision, timeline, corrected facts, and the proof or links that support your case.
