About the Role
Own the entire Jordan operation. Acquire direct facility management clients, manage dispatch workflows, coordinate contractor networks across the US, and build the team beneath you. You’ll have full access to AI-powered dispatch tools, real-time dashboards, and autonomous systems. This is a founder-adjacent role — you run the business while the founder builds the product. Your 90-day target: sign 3 direct facility management clients. Each new client is a significant monthly revenue milestone. By month 3, you should be generating multiples of your compensation in new business.
Requirements
- Proven ability to close B2B deals or manage commercial accounts
- Operations management experience — logistics, dispatch, or facility management
- Fluent English and Arabic — you’ll speak with US property managers daily
- Comfort with AI tools and automation — training provided, but you must be tech-forward
- Leadership experience — you’ll hire and manage dispatchers, recruiters, and coordinators
- High agency — you solve problems, you don’t escalate them
