About the Role
Own the trucking and logistics workflow in the logistics team. Build the operating plan, maintain reliable dispatch and escalation processes, coach the team and improve quality. Translate goals into clear responsibilities and working systems, using automation where it can be verified. Applicants across Jordan are welcome; authority, work arrangement, schedule and compensation are agreed before appointment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ownership of a logistics or dispatch workflow from planning through review
- Explain how you set priorities, coach people and resolve serious exceptions
- Build useful reporting and verify the data behind operational decisions
- Assess automation by reliable outcomes and maintain a human escalation path
- Communicate clearly in English and Arabic and document decisions
- Be 18 or older; provide relevant work examples without sharing another employer’s confidential information
