Own the commercial project-management workflow for commercial operations. Set the operating plan, develop project leads, maintain clear accountability and improve the systems that make delivery dependable. Bring judgment, calm escalation and practical automation. Requirements
- Show experience owning a commercial operations or project-management function
- Explain how you develop leads, review work and resolve difficult tradeoffs
- Build reliable reporting and distinguish a real outcome from activity alone
- Create repeatable processes with clear exceptions and escalation paths
- Communicate precisely in English and Arabic and protect confidential information
- Be 18 or older; provide evidence of relevant leadership and execution
