About the Role
Join the trucking and logistics team in a dispatch role. Coordinate schedules, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records and handle exceptions with practical judgment. Use digital tools to improve the work while checking their output. Applicants across Jordan are welcome; the work arrangement, schedule and compensation will be confirmed during selection.
Requirements
- Communicate confidently in English and Arabic
- Understand dispatch planning, time zones and the importance of accurate records
- Experience with DAT or comparable freight-planning tools is useful; describe what you actually used
- Prioritize an urgent exception and explain the next action clearly
- Use spreadsheets and workflow tools carefully; verify AI-generated suggestions
- Share relevant dispatch experience or a concrete example of comparable coordination work
- Be 18 or older and discuss availability for the agreed operating schedule
