FAQ
What English level do I need?
Fluent or native. Every call is with a US contractor; you hold a 20-minute negotiation without breaking voice. We test it in the 90-second voice screen before anyone is hired.
What are the hours?
4 PM to 1 AM Jordan time, five days a week. That window is the full US-East business day — the whole point of running from Aqaba.
What does it pay?
500 JOD per month base, plus performance bonuses tied to outbound results.
Do I need experience?
No prior call-center experience required. Phone confidence and real English do. The AI tools cover the rest.
Remote or on-site?
Remote during training and early work. Aqaba relocation comes later, with accommodation and equipment provided.
