Ignite

The live cohort that prepares a hire for the Operator role.

Onboard & NDAMobile verify, e-sign the NDA, and join the Saturday Studio cohort.
Live trainingThe live Ignite sessions — dispatch, field coordination, the tools.
AttendanceAttend and participate across the cohort to earn the attendance certificate.
CompletionComplete the program and qualify to advance into the Operator role.

Attended and participated in the live Ignite cohort.
Certificate of Completion
Completed Ignite and qualified to advance into the Operator role.

Operator role → probation contract.

Draft

DRAFT — the advanced track for Operators ready to specialise beyond Ignite.

PrerequisiteDRAFT — completed Ignite and time in the Operator role (criteria TBD by V).
Advanced trainingDRAFT — deeper dispatch, multi-account coordination and tooling (curriculum TBD).
SpecialisationDRAFT — choose a specialist track (tracks TBD by V).
CompletionDRAFT — complete Orbit to advance into the senior / specialist path.
