Evaluating AI Features in Field-Service Software
By STEADYWRK Team
Evaluate one claimed AI feature at a time. Describe the task it supports, the information it receives and the result you need to inspect.
Define a useful comparison
Prepare synthetic examples with expected outcomes. Include incomplete information and a case where the system should ask a question instead of guessing. Record the criteria before the demonstration so the answer does not define its own standard.
Inspect the review and correction steps
Ask how a person reviews a suggestion and what happens after a rejection or correction. Check the difference between proposed work and a completed action. A generated explanation should not be the only evidence that something changed.
Report what the test establishes
Keep the task, conditions and observed result together. Identify anything you did not test, including external integrations or device behavior. Use a repeatable example rather than a broad promise of savings or accuracy.
The public evidence guide and developer documentation provide starting points for inspecting STEADYWRK interfaces and their stated scope.
