Apprentice jobs where you actually learn the trade.
Get paired with real working technicians on real commercial tickets. No sweeping the shop for six months, no coffee runs, no "watch and learn" theater.
Why apprentices burn out.
Getting hired as an "apprentice" and spending the first year as a labor-only helper.
No structured path from apprentice to journeyman — just a vague "maybe next year."
Being left on a job without a licensed mentor on site, taking risks you should not be taking.
Zero documentation of the hours and skills you actually built, so your progress does not travel with you.
Tools that respect the work.
Structured pairing with licensed journeymen on real commercial tickets from week one.
Skill tracking per ticket — the hours and competencies you log are portable proof of your progression.
A clear path from apprentice to journeyman with documented milestones, not vibes.
Mentor hours are protected. If your journeyman is not on site, you are not doing work that requires a license.
Questions apprentices ask us first.
Do I need a trade school background?
Helpful, not required. Verifiable trade-school hours accelerate your progression, but a strong work ethic and honest baseline skills get you on the program.
What trades can I apprentice in?
Primarily HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. You specify your interest on your application and we pair you accordingly.
Is this a paid program?
Yes. Apprentices are paid from day one at a rate that is visible before you accept. This is not an unpaid internship.
How long until I am on my own tickets?
That depends on the trade, your state requirements, and your demonstrated competence. We do not rush the license, but we do not warehouse you either.
Can I switch trades partway through?
Once. You pick up a new specialty early if the fit is wrong. Switching late means your logged hours stay with the original trade.
Do I need my own tools?
Basic hand tools are your responsibility. Specialty tools are provided by your mentor or the client, depending on the ticket.
Ready to run clean tickets?
One short application. No resume-black-hole. Real humans review every submission.
