Field service manager jobs with tools worthy of your team.
Lead a real field team with clean routing, real dashboards, and escalation paths that do not die in a supervisor's inbox.
Why field service managers burn out.
Managing a field team off of text messages and a whiteboard nobody updates.
Your dispatchers and your techs fighting because nobody can see the same source of truth.
Running post-mortems on missed SLAs with no data — just a group memory of who blamed whom.
Being unable to prove your team's value to leadership because the numbers live in five different places.
Tools that respect the work.
One live board your entire team looks at — techs, dispatchers, and you — with the same state at the same time.
Clean escalation paths that route to you with context, not "it is broken, help."
Automated post-mortems on missed SLAs with timestamps and ownership, not memory.
Live team performance rollups ready to put in front of leadership on any day of the week.
Questions field service managers ask us first.
How big a team would I run?
A pod of dispatchers and the contractor network attached to them, scaled to the book you run. Exact headcount varies by region and client mix.
Do I still get hands on the board?
You can. Strong managers stay close to the work during high-volume windows and back off during normal state. The board is open to you either way.
What systems do I need to know?
Fluency with CMMS, ticketing, and basic analytics. We train on our platform — we do not expect you to walk in knowing it.
How is performance measured?
SLA, first-time-fix, client CSAT, throughput, and retention on your pod — all live, all visible to you first.
Do I own vendor relationships?
You have direct input on your local contractor network, including adds, scorecards, and removals. Vendor management is part of the role.
Is this remote?
Primary role is on-site in the hub during onboarding. Hybrid considered for senior hires with a track record once you have the board under control.
