Install and repair plumbing systems in commercial properties including water supply, drainage, fire suppression, and backflow prevention. Work on boilers, water heaters, and grease traps.

Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in commercial and industrial facilities. Handle panels, circuits, lighting systems, generators, and UPS systems.

Handle day-to-day facility maintenance including carpentry, painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, door hardware, and general building upkeep across commercial properties.

Coordinate facility management operations including vendor scheduling, work order management, preventive maintenance programs, and building compliance. Bridge between technicians and property managers.
