STEADYWRK is hiring our first 20 Operators in Aqaba. The work is outbound coordination for international managed-services clients — presenting assignments, negotiating terms, following each engagement through to completion. With AI tools we built in-house. 500 JOD/month + performance bonuses. Industry certifications from our global partners. 4 PM – 1 AM, five days a week. Open to 18+. Remote during training. Aqaba relocation later with accommodation and equipment provided.
Outbound calls to American service contractors — presenting jobs, negotiating terms, following each order through to payment. With AI tools built in-house. The calls are in English with US contractors; the team is in Aqaba.
