AI Field-Service Operator
Remote operators who run outbound field-service coordination on US accounts with an AI copilot doing the data work. The human owns the conversation; the model owns the lookup. This is the flagship STEADYWRK operator role, recruited across MENA.
What the work is
- Run outbound calls with contractors and vendors, AI copilot alongside
- Open, qualify, and follow a work order through to completion
- Verify what the AI surfaces before acting on it — catch the wrong answer
- Document every step so the next shift starts with zero loss

Frequently asked questions
Do I need perfect English to be an AI field-service operator?
No. You need to be clear and understood on a live call. If you can hold a conversation in English, listen well, and ask a direct question, you can start — the academy SCOA certificate sharpens the operational vocabulary on top of that.
What does the AI actually do in this role?
The copilot does the lookup, the drafting, and the data entry. You do the judgement and the conversation. Operators are trained to verify what the model surfaces before acting on it, because a wrong answer caught early is the whole point of keeping a human on the call.
Where can I work from?
The role is remote across MENA, recruited first in Aqaba, Amman, and Cairo. The Aqaba operator cohort has its own funded offer — see the for-operators page for those specific terms.
