Bilingual Customer Support Operator
Arabic-and-English support operators who handle customer contact for both US-facing and MENA-facing work from one seat. The bilingual coverage is the point — one operation that serves two markets without a handoff.
What the work is
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact in Arabic and English
- Resolve the common case directly; route the edge case with context
- Keep records clean so the next contact has the full history
- Hold a calm, professional tone in both languages

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be native in both Arabic and English?
You need fluent Arabic and clear, conversational English. The role exists because one bilingual operator can serve both a US-facing and a MENA-facing queue without a handoff — that coverage is the value, not flawless accent in either language.
Is the support work scripted?
There are playbooks for the common cases and an AI assistant that drafts replies, but you review every reply and you own the judgement on the edge cases. The academy SCOA module covers the client-facing communication standard.
Which cities does STEADYWRK recruit support operators in?
Support operators are recruited remotely across MENA, with current focus on Cairo, Amman, Aqaba, and Alexandria.
